Getting Started with Blacklist Monitor

  1. Access your SimplyCast account by going to the login screen.


  2. Enter your account information and login

  3. Once inside the Application, select Blacklist Monitor by clicking on its icon to arrive at the Blacklist Monitor Dashboard.


  4. From the Blacklist Monitor Dashboard you can:


    1. Add a new IP Address to be monitored


    2. Manage and get status updates on your monitored IP Addresses

    3. Change the settings on your Blacklist Monitoring account


    Choose "Monitor a New IP Address" to continue.

  5. Here enter an IP Address to monitor on the Blacklist Monitor, as well as any notes for the IP. For more information on blacklists, click here.


  6. Choose the Check Now box if you want the IP checked immediately, however you may wait for BLM to check it normally. Waiting is beneficial if you are adding multiple IP addresses. Normally initial checks are done within a few minutes but during peak time this process may take longer.

  7. After adding in the IP address, you will be brought to the main BLM report menu. From here you can click on your IP addresses to get a report of the IP detection that has been carried out.

  8. You will notice that our IP has been blocked by Tiopan. By clicking on the link on the right, you can get information about how to start the delisting process.

  9. You can now read the information and start getting your IP off of the blacklist.

Update your Blacklist Monitor Settings

  1. You can change your alert settings by going to the Blacklist Monitor settings menu.

  2. Here, you can set to receive an email anytime one of your monitored IP addresses are listed on a Blacklist.
